From enquiry to container

Enquiry and DFM review 24-72 h
Drawings, reference photos or an existing design are reviewed for machinability, material cost and shipping volume. Quotation returned with a BOM breakdown.

Sampling 7-20 days
CNC cutting, assembly, finishing, then a photo and video set before dispatch. The sample charge is refunded against bulk.

Sample approval Buyer-controlled
A signed golden sample and a signed colour drawdown are retained at the factory as the production reference.

Mass production 30-45 days
Timber selection, kiln-dry check, CNC, sanding, assembly, 4-coat finishing, 48-72 h cure, sewing and packing.

Inspection 2-3 days
100% final inspection plus AQL 2.5 / 4.0 pre-shipment sampling. Third-party inspection is booked at this stage if required.

Shipping Per Incoterm
Loading photos, packing list, commercial invoice, B/L and certificate of origin are issued. FOB Guangzhou or Shenzhen as standard.
Realistic total for a new customer: 8-12 weeks from first enquiry to a container on the water. Repeat orders on an approved design skip sampling entirely. Full timing breakdown.
What makes this factory different
No mould cost on wooden parts
No mould cost - solid wood and panel parts are CNC-cut directly from drawings. CNC setup is $0-200 per new design (waived on orders above 300 pcs). A new original design can be tried at 100 pieces without amortising a five-figure tool — which is why small brands can develop their own designs here rather than only relabelling a catalogue.

Lecong, Shunde is China’s largest furniture manufacturing and trading cluster, which keeps solid-wood supply, hardware, fabric and finishing subcontractors within a 30 km radius of the workshop.
Inspection you can verify
100% final inspection on every unit, then AQL 2.5 major / 4.0 minor sampling on packed cartons under ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 (ISO 2859-1), General Inspection Level II. Load-bearing parts are held at 3x rated capacity for ten minutes. See the procedure.
Packed for the container, not the photo
KD (knock-down flat pack) as standard — 800-1,200 pcs per 40' HQ. Flat packing cuts shipping volume 55-65%, usually worth more than any unit-price negotiation. See the working.

Are you a wooden pet furniture manufacturer or a trading company?
A manufacturer. Production runs in 4,500 m² of workshop space in Lecong Town, Shunde District, Foshan, Guangdong, on 3 lines with 60 staff. Buyers and third-party inspectors are welcome on site.
What is your minimum order quantity?
We accept OEM and ODM orders, with a minimum order quantity of 100 pieces per design. Mixed-design container orders start from 300 pieces total, with at least 100 pieces of each design.
How long does production take?
approx. 30-45 days from signed sample approval and deposit. Samples take 10-15 days and cost $80-350, refunded against the first bulk order.
Do you do OEM, ODM and private label?
All three. OEM means you supply the design and own it; ODM means you start from one of our tooled designs and modify it; private label means you take a design as it is and add your brand and packaging. All carry the same 100 pcs per design MOQ.
What are your payment terms?
Sample orders require 100% payment in advance. Bulk orders require a 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% paid before shipment.
Where do you ship, and on what terms?
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Japan, South Korea, Australia, United Arab Emirates. Terms are EXW Foshan, FOB Guangzhou, FOB Shenzhen, CIF, DDP (on request).
Do you sell to consumers?
No. This is a factory serving trade buyers — brands, retailers, distributors, wholesalers and e-commerce sellers. We do not run a consumer storefront and do not ship single units other than paid samples to trade buyers.
