What actually fits in a container
Ocean freight on pet furniture is charged on volume, not weight — the box fills up before it gets heavy. On a full container the flat-pack saving is usually larger than anything available on the ex-works price, and unlike a price cut it does not come out of the product.

Pet furniture is bulky and light, so ocean freight is charged on volume, not weight. Wholesale questions
What is your wholesale minimum?
300 pcs total across mixed designs across multiple designs, minimum 100 pcs of each. A single-design order is 100 pcs per design. There is no dollar-value minimum — the constraint is production run length, not order value.
How many units fit in a container?
Knock-down: 300-450 pcs in a 20' GP, 650-900 pcs in a 40' GP, 800-1,200 pcs in a 40' HQ. Assembled units take roughly two and a half times the volume. Exact loading depends on your mix, and a loading plan is issued with the proforma invoice.
Do you sell to individuals or in small retail quantities?
No. This is a factory selling trade quantities for resale, OEM, ODM and private label. We do not operate a consumer storefront and do not ship single units other than paid samples to trade buyers.
What are your payment and trade terms?
Sample orders require 100% payment in advance. Bulk orders require a 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% paid before shipment. Trade terms: EXW Foshan, FOB Guangzhou, FOB Shenzhen, CIF, DDP (on request).
Can I get exclusivity in my market?
Territory or channel exclusivity on specific designs is available against an annual volume commitment, agreed in writing at quotation stage. Modifications developed for you are not offered to other buyers regardless.
How do repeat orders work?
Once a design has an approved golden sample on file, repeat orders skip sampling entirely: confirm quantity, pay the deposit, and production runs approx. 30-45 days. The golden sample and signed colour drawdown stay at the factory as the reference for every subsequent run.
Can you ship direct to Amazon FBA or a 3PL?
Yes. FNSKU labelling is applied and scan-verified at OQC, cartons are labelled to FBA requirements, and the container can be routed to an FBA warehouse, a prep centre or your own 3PL. Send the shipment plan with the order.
What happens if a shipment has a quality problem?
Every unit passes 100% final inspection and packed cartons are sampled at AQL 2.5 major / 4.0 minor. If a defect rate above that reaches you, send photographs and the carton labels; verified defects are replaced in the next production run or credited against it. Buyer-appointed inspection (SGS, BV, Intertek, TUV, QIMA) is accepted at any stage; the factory books the date and provides the packing list.
